Vaughn Food Service Department is proud to feed our students every day. We offer a variety of fruits, vegetables, milk, and entrées. At Vaughn, our job is to prepare and serve delicious meals that are healthy and fresh. Thought and care goes into making each menu and the selected ingredients. We serve the students with a healthy meal for breakfast, that gets them ready to learn and we maintain good nutrition throughout the day for a healthy mind. Working in partnership with our educators to provide a healthy environment is what makes Vaughn great!

While many California grown fruits and vegetables are available in multiple seasons or year-round, the schedule is based on when the featured produce items are in peak season in most regions of California.
