- Academics: concerned about your child’s learning, grades, homework, understanding lessons, or academic progress.
- Social-Emotional Well-Being: concerned about how your child is feeling, managing emotions, handling stress, or getting along with peers or adults.
- Behavior: concerned about your child’s behavior at school, including following rules, making safe choices, or classroom conduct.
- Attendance: concerned about your child missing school, arriving late, or having difficulty attending regularly.
- Physical Health: concerned about your child’s health, frequent illness, low energy, or other physical concerns that may affect school.
- Basic Needs: if your family needs support with essentials such as food, housing, clothing, hygiene items, etc
- Speech and Language Concerns: concerned about your child’s speech, i.e., stuttering, incomplete sentences
